All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Reservation and Booking Terms

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. Making a reservation through our website, by phone, or by email constitutes an offer to purchase transportation services. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a written or electronic confirmation from Chicago O'Hare Limo Service.

By making a reservation, you agree to the following:

• You have provided accurate pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, and passenger counts.
• You have provided accurate contact information, including a working phone number and email address.
• For airport pickups, you have provided accurate flight information including airline, flight number, and terminal (if known).
• You accept responsibility for any additional charges resulting from inaccurate information provided at the time of booking.
• Prices quoted during booking are valid for that specific reservation and may differ from prices shown on the website at a later date.

Chicago O'Hare Limo Service reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at its sole discretion, including reservations that appear to be made fraudulently or for unlawful purposes.

Pricing and Fees

All prices are quoted in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed reservations will be honored at the price quoted at the time of booking. The following additional fees and charges may apply:

• Tolls: Any tolls incurred during your trip will be added to your final bill.
• Parking fees: Any parking fees incurred during your service will be charged to the passenger.
• Extended waiting time: After the 30-minute complimentary wait period, a waiting charge of $2 per minute applies.
• Extra stops: Stops not included in the original reservation must be agreed upon with the driver and will incur additional charges.
• Late-night/early-morning surcharge: Certain time slots may carry a premium rate. This will be disclosed at the time of booking.
• Vehicle damage and cleaning: Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements resulting from passenger conduct will be charged to the credit card on file.
• Sanitation fee: A fee of $300 will be charged if a passenger causes soiling inside the vehicle.

A detailed receipt will be provided upon completion of service. You have 7 days from the date of service to dispute any charge. After 7 days, all charges are considered final.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be communicated to Chicago O'Hare Limo Service directly by phone at (312) 415-6936 or by email at ch*********************@***il.com. The following cancellation fees apply:

• Cancellations made 48 or more hours before pickup: Full refund minus a 10% administrative processing fee.
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee applies.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: 100% charge. No refund will be issued.
• No-shows: If the passenger cannot be reached within the 30-minute complimentary waiting period and no contact is made, the driver will be released and the full fare will be charged.

Refunds, where applicable, will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Chicago O'Hare Limo Service is not responsible for refunding third-party booking fees or credit card processing fees.

Content Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that arise on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Any user-submitted content, including but not limited to reviews, feedback, or comments posted on our website or third-party platforms related to our services, may be used by Chicago O'Hare Limo Service for marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. Service Rules and Regulations

By booking our services, you agree to the following rules and regulations:

• You hereby agree to be responsible for any and all damages to the vehicle caused by yourself or any member of your trip.
• No food allowed in the vehicle.
• A sanitation fee of $300 will be charged for anyone who vomits or releases any bodily fluids or excretions inside of the vehicle.
• All fees are subject to change depending on the extent or intent of damage.
• Your credit card listed with us may be charged for responsible damages.
• NO ALCOHOL, NO SMOKING AND NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES PROHIBITED BY LAW ALLOWED IN THE VEHICLE!
• 30 minutes included waiting time. If we don't hear from you within the included waiting time, the driver will be released, a no-show will be considered, and you will be charged 100%.
• If you are running late and the driver waits for you (depending on the schedule of their next trip, the driver might leave if needed to make it on time to the next trip), you will be charged at $2 per minute after the included waiting time.
• Extra stops or changes of route must be paid directly to the driver.
• Bookings canceled less than 24 hours before the pickup time will result in a 100% charge.

We reserve the right to cancel rides within 48 hours after booking if any mistake has been made, or for emergency reasons. In the very unlikely eventuality that we need to cancel a ride, we will work with the client to find alternatives.

Limitation of Liability

Chicago O'Hare Limo Service, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our website or services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our website or services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
• Missed flights, appointments, events, or other consequential losses resulting from delays.
• Loss, damage, or theft of personal property left in our vehicles.

In no event shall Chicago O'Hare Limo Service's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of our services exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service that is the subject of the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chicago O'Hare Limo Service, Limo Searching LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cook County, Illinois, for the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
