This is a list of rules that you need to agree to in order to contract any of Chicago O'Hare Limo Service's transportation services. The rules do not have to be enforced in the vast majority of our rides, as we like our clients happy and our rides eventless. Please read the rules below:

Vehicle Rules & Conduct

• You hereby agree to be responsible for any and all damages to the vehicle caused by yourself or any member of your trip.
• No food allowed in the vehicle.
• A sanitation fee of $300 will be charged for anyone who vomits or releases any bodily fluids or excretions inside of the vehicle.
• All fees are subject to change depending on the extent or intent of damage.
• Your credit card listed with us may be charged for responsible damages.
• NO ALCOHOL, NO SMOKING AND NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES PROHIBITED BY LAW ALLOWED IN THE VEHICLE!

Waiting Time & No-Shows

• 30 minutes included waiting time. If we don't hear from you within the included waiting time, the driver will be released, a no-show will be considered, and you will be charged 100%.
• If you are running late and the driver waits for you (depending on the schedule of their next trip, the driver might leave if needed to make it on time to the next trip), you will be charged at $2 per minute after the included waiting time.

Route Changes & Extra Stops

• Extra stops or changes of route must be paid directly to the driver.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings canceled less than 24 hours before the pickup time will result in a 100% charge.
• We reserve the right to cancel rides within 48 hours after booking if any mistake has been made, or for emergency reasons. In the very unlikely eventuality that we need to cancel a ride, we will work with the client to find alternatives.

Rides Performed by Affiliates & Partners

To meet demand, timing, or vehicle availability, your ride may be performed by Chicago O'Hare Limo Service or by an independent affiliate or partner operator (“Affiliate”). The descriptions of our fleet and chauffeurs on this site refer to Chicago O'Hare Limo Service’s own vehicles and staff and do not mean that every ride is performed by them. Each Affiliate is a separately owned and operated business, responsible for its own vehicles, licensing, insurance, permits, and regulatory compliance, independent of Chicago O'Hare Limo Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chicago O'Hare Limo Service is not responsible for the acts or omissions of an Affiliate in performing your ride, and any claim arising from a ride performed by an Affiliate is between you and that Affiliate. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
